Intrapreneurship

Intrapreneurship refers to someone who changes things from the inside out. (Usually from within a large company or organization.) It means you don’t need to quit your job and start a new business in order to instigate change - but rather you can influence change from the inside out. Intrapreneurs are thought-leaders who often take risks because they see great potential for positive change.
