Wellbeing Calendar
We have teamed up with Recipes for Wellbeing to create a Wellbeing Calendar for you. Every two weeks we publish articles (every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month) that will guide you through a recipe to promote either individual (2nd Wednesday of the month) or collective well-being (4th Wednesday of the month). After all, it is important to maintain our well-being so that we can continue to support others.
