From humble beginnings in London in 2005, the Impact Hub project has grown into an international network of over 80 social-impact hubs with more than 15,000 active members. In the UK there are hubs in Westminster, King’s Cross, Islington, Brixton, Birmingham and an upcoming hub in Bristol.
Each Impact Hub is its own ecosystem of social-impact activity. As physical spaces, the core offering is office and co-working space for social-impact organisations. On top of this, however, each hub offers a range of incubation and accelerator programmes, ideas labs, training courses and events schedules. In addition, each hub works with a range of partners - including other hubs - to forward a full spectrum of impact initiatives. The Impact Hub is therefore an essential touchpoint for professionals working in the social-impact space.
